Your data is stored on secure servers. Conversations are encrypted at rest. We retain data for as long as your account is active.
We use: OpenRouter (AI processing), CryptoCloud (payments), Google OAuth, Telegram Login. Each has their own privacy policy.
We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics. We may disclose data if required by law.
You can: access your data; request deletion of your account and all data; export your conversation history; opt out of marketing communications.
We use localStorage for session management. No tracking cookies from third parties.
EverChat is strictly for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and regular security audits.
